Ingredients:
Tofu 100 gr
Saffron a pinch
Black pepper as needed
Red pepper as needed
Basil cut and diced
Diced Onion 1/2
Garlic 2 cloves
Sesame as needed
Brown rice ½ cup
Tomato 1
Lime juice as needed
Olive oil as needed
Marinate the tofu in mix of saffron, garlic, onion, lemon juice and olive oil and let it stay for 30 minutes while you prepare the brown rice.
Add the rice to the boiling water and add some salt and spices as needed along with some saffron and olive oil. Let it cook for 20-30 minutes until firm and ready without any extra water.
Add the marinated tofu to the pan with some olive oil and all other spices and herbs stated as ingredients along with all the marinate mixture and let it broiled for 10-15 minutes until getting goldish.
